Justin did an EXCELLENT job at assisting us in selling our home. We had a few hurdles along the way with the HOA, and Justin was able to research, aid, and ultimately solve the problems with timely actions. He was highly knowledgeable, fantastic at communicating and updating my family daily. Anyone looking to work with a professional real estate agent should hire Justin!

Justin was a great Realtor to work with. One of the things I really enjoyed about working with Justin is that he was a great communicator. He was helpful with his knowledge of the process, meticulous in his paperwork, and extremely pleasant and accommodating of our requests for viewing the households. For any new purchases in the Inland Empire, I highly recommend Justin!!!

Justin's professionalism, care, and attentiveness surpassed my expectations. His attention to detail in the entire process of home-buying is second to none. Nothing was left unanswered or unattended. Justin always answered or quickly responded to all phone calls, texts, and email. All members of the team (Loan Officer, Selling Agent(s), Listin Agent) enjoyed working with Justin.

I was the loan officer on this purchase, our client was a first time homebuyer, and Justin and his team went above and beyond for our client. He was responsive to everything we needed and when the appraisal came in a little low, Justin helped negotiate a lower purchase price all while still getting our client seller concessions toward their closing costs! I mean WOW that is almost unheard of. Thank you again Justin for your professionalism and hard work! I could not have done this without you!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Justin is AMAZING! He answered all of our questions, gave us expert advice, and maximized our value. TRUE PROFESSIONAL and our families GO-TO Realtor! Thank you Justin :)

Justin was exceptional from beginning to end. He is authentic, knowledgeable, organized, and passionate. It's tough to imagine going through the entire buying process without his help. He was extremely flexible with my needs and excellent at communication. He instantly informed me of problems and described the home buying/selling process. He even helped me find a landscaper! He is a five-star agent.

Justin was a great realtor to work. He is always on time, communicates everything to you, and if you have any problems he is always there to help so you don't feel left in the dark about anything. He has a great personality, easy to get along with, and was never pushy about anything. When we had requests he never ignored them and he complied to all our requests even if it sounded bonkers. He was the best and easiest realtor to work with. if I could give him a higher rating I would! Thanks Justin for all your help !!

Justin was hands down the most proactive, assertive, and tenacious worker i have met. He was 100% doing everything possible to ensure the sale went smoothly, and that communication was given in every single step. He kept my best interests as a seller in mind all times. He got the open house set up in no time at all and had everything organized in a good clean matter to effectively show the property to as many buyers as possible. And not only did he bring in more offers than I ever expected, he helped weed out all the buyers with potential red flags. This left me with only good buyers with good offers to work with. And once we started the process, he made sure no matter what that I got the very best deal. He was extremely assertive when speaking to other agents and stood his ground more than most people I have met, and thats saying something since I spent five years in the marine corps. I will recommend Justin Daley as a realtor to every single person I find out is in the market for a realtor. 10/10 all around.
